Our Story

Craft heritage, carried forward by the hands that keep it alive.

Why We Started

Every Craft Has a Family Behind It

Ruchi Handicrafts began with a simple belief: India's tribal and folk art traditions deserve to be seen, valued and carried forward — not replaced by factory-made lookalikes.

We work directly with artisan families and craft clusters across India, sourcing wood carvings, brass castings, hand-thrown pottery and hand-block printed textiles the way they've always been made — by hand, with skills passed down through generations.

Our Promise

What Makes Every Piece Different

100% Handmade

No mass production. Every piece is shaped, carved or cast by an individual artisan.

Direct from Artisans

We work directly with craft clusters, so more of the value reaches the artisan family.

Authentic Techniques

Traditional methods — Dhokra lost-wax bell metal casting, and Thathera hand-hammered brass & copper vessels, a UNESCO-recognized craft — kept alive, not simplified for speed.
